Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy

 

Airlounj offers a 30 day return / refund policy. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for either a return or exchange, the Airlounj must be unopened and in new condition. Unopened means the Airlounj has not been unrolled or used in any way. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. 

Returns and exchanges must be either sent to the Airlounj customer service office or exchanged at an Airlounj kiosk location. If the kiosks are not open (as most are seasonal locations), returns must be made via USPS or UPS. If being exchanged, you will be invoiced for cost of shipping the new Airlounj.

REFUNDS

Processing a return for refund includes receipt of the Airlounj and inspection by Team Airlounj. If, following inspection, the Airlounj is approved for a refund, you’ll be notified and the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that bank processing of a refund may take up to several days. If the original purchase was made with cash, the refund will be made by check and forwarded via USPS to your address.
